Picking Best XI for La Liga, Bundesliga and Barlays PL

You may remember that last season we compared the top leagues in Europe to find which one had the best starting XI. With La Liga coming trumps that time, and two transfer windows passing by, the teams have been shuffled around and renewed. 

In case you were unaware, then the scoring is as follows: We have put together the best possible team for all the leagues, given each player a rating between 0 and 99, and compared all players in the same position, and ranking them. The player that is 1st gets 3 points, 2nd gets 2 points, 3rd gets 1 point. Simple?

Hold on to your hats, Bundesliga and la Liga have tied at 13 points apiece, this calls for the tie breaker, which is simply adding the individual rating of each player to see which team has the higher total.
